If your package becomes damaged during transit, notify us within 7 days of the parcel being delivered at help@catmeou.com with clear photos of everything you have received and the condition of the parcel/products.

Otherwise, if it is the device type, case type, or color that you would like to adjust, please also let us know the details in email.

For returning defective item within 10 days from receiving your order, we are responsible for all the fees involved for returning items. After 10 days from receiving your order, customer are responsible for all the fees involved for returning items.

Return packages remain the responsibility of the customer until it is received by our team. Therefore, it is recommended that the customer takes necessary precautions by using registered and traceable services when returning the package. Once the items are returned, we will arrange a replacement of the same product for you right away after verifying the quality issue. If your product(s) is discontinued or out-of-stock, it may be replaced by a similar option.

Please be advised that shipping fee are non-refundable. Any discounts that were applied with a minimum purchase requirement may not be applicable after a removal of product(s) in an order.
